- If you are not on the AELTC coach, you make your own way to the BBG Complex from the gate you enter the grounds from (ideally gate 13 or 5)

- Only use the main entrance; not the external metal staircase
- Tick in on the register (in the room to the right as you enter the Complex) and then go through to the main space and tick in on the team sheet
- Go to the changing room; change your trainers, put your rucksack away in your allocated locker
- At some point during the day, add your locker combination to the 'locker booklet'
- Do not congregate in the chnaging rooms; relax in the main space
BRIEFING

- Listen to and act on any specific instructions provided for that day

GOING TO COURT
- When asked to do so, gather as a team under your team letter; it is vital you are quiet and quick doing this
- Do not be noticed as a team who is slow to get ready
- You will be signed out of the Complex by a staff member. on returning the LB2 signs back in in the Complex and the LB1 signs back in at the Upper Office and also when returning to the Complex. This ensures everyone is accounted for.

- Fill up your water when you get back, do not wait until you are going to court again
- Report any injuries/illness; do not wait until you are called to court
- Relax and rest befor eyour next shift
- Let staff members come to you to provide feedback rather than 'chasing them' to provide it as soon as you see them
- Please do not disturb staff when they are eating in the BBG Complex, that is their chance to relax. Clearly if it is urgent that is fine.

DEPARTURES
- You will be advised when you have completed your last shift for the day
- Wait to be told to change your trainers and gather your things ready to sign out
- No one leaves the complex without signing out
- Anyone not on the coach will gather in the outside light well having signed out at a desk by the main screen; you cannot return to the Complex after that, so should be ready to leave at that point. Once we have approx 15-20 BBGs ready to go, then you will be escorted to the gate (5 / 13)
