Please note the following arrival and departure procedures regarding the Grand Drive site where training is taking place. Given the number of trainees in the programme and the fact that the site is accessed by other user groups, it is important that you follow the procedures below.
ARRIVAL

Access to the Grand Drive site for BBGs is not before 15:20 please. You should not arrive on site prior to this time unsupervised i.e. without being accompanied by a parent, as we are not in a position to supervise you

Once on site, you should gather outside the BBG Studio and await further instructions from a member of the instructor team

In the event of wet weather, you will be met in the Clubhouse by a member of the instructor team and advised where to wait

Students should not use the changing facilities in the Clubhouse under any circumstances, these are for members of the public. Trainees should be arriving changed ready for court

The changing rooms for the BBGs are adjacent to the BBG Studio where you sign in and the toilets are accessed near the outdoor courts

Sign in takes place in the BBG Studio @ 15:30 and then you should make your way directly to the dome on the left
DEPARTURE

After the debrief in the dome, you should collect refreshments from the BBG studio (as appropriate) and then make their way off site or to the car park as necessary

Again, use of the changing facilities in the main Club building is not permitted for BBGs

Where there is a delay in you leaving site for whatever reason, we should be informed e.g. where traffic problems mean a parent is arriving later than expected then you should wait in the BBG Studio with BBG staff

We would expect all trainees to have left site no later than 15minutes after the session has concluded, which is generally when the staff team will be leaving.
