The table below outlines planned absences during the Championships period for those Year 11 and above accepted BBGs:

  • Abs = Absent all day
  • Lve = Departure time (we will always make this on the hour due to the shift pattern)
  • Arr = Arriving @ where you cannot be there during the expected arrival time of 09:30-10:00
