Members Club Finals

THANK YOU FOR CONFIRMING YOUR ATTENDANCE.

Please note the following:

• Arrive at 09:15am at the Indoor Tennis Centre, Somerset Road at the main site in Wimbledon
• If you are cycling, you will be advised where to place your bike
• You will be met at the gate by a member of the BBG Instructor Team and escorted to the meeting room where we will be based at the end of the corridor by Court 6
• We are hoping that everyone will still be able to fit into your Championships Uniform i.e. the striped PRL kit.  If this does not fit, we are not in a position to provide you with a new kit, but may be able to lend you a shirt and/or possibly shorts/skort but not at short notice and to be honest would rather you just wear some blue shorts if this is the case.  It can be cold in the ITC, so please also bring your jacket and bottoms if you wish.
• You should also bring with you your Babolat trainers, again assuming they fit.  If they do not, then you need other suitable, clean trainers, but should not wear them en route.
• You will be provided with a pair of wristbands to wear and should also bring your water bottle holder please (we do not have any spare ones to my knowledge).  You can also bring your water bottle please, although will have water provided.
• You do not need your cap for this event, so it is important your hair is neat and tied back and ideally where long, plaited.  It must be neat and not in your eyes.
• A packed lunch will be provided that will have taken into account any dietary requirements you may have.
• Please also bring any relevant medication e.g. inhaler etc
• Teams and the match formats will be provided when you arrive.
• The event will finish at approx 17:00 depending on the duration of the matches.

This is an important benchmark event for us starting out the year, especially given the fact that the players are all members.  The standard of tennis will be high and as such we need to be sure we play our part.  Any problems on the day, please use the 'contact us' link.
