YEAR 11 AND ABOVE ACCEPTED RECALLS
On Friday 16 May, you will be told whether you were succcessful or not at the reselection trial in May. As outlined at the session, attending one of the following inductions is a condition of our offer for the Championships.
Following the results, where successful, please use the 'contact us' link to confirm which of the following sessions you can attend. There is a capacity for each session and therefore places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
All sessions are being held at the main site, AELTC, Church Road, Wimbledon, SW19 5AE in the BBG Complex. You will be met at Gate 13 on Somerset Road up to 10minutes prior to the start of the session and escorted to the Complex.
The sessions will involve the following:
- A briefing on any changes related to the Qualifying event and Championships
- An update on health and safety matters
- Some reminders regarding on court matters and performance related aspects from the reselection sessions
- Collection of your accreditation, grounds passes and uniform
- We would ask that you try your uniform on in advance of the session, or at least gauge the size you expect to need to speed up this process on the day. You will need to try on the kit at your session.
*This is not a practical session, but you are accessing the main site and as such, we would ask you to dress smartly in your school uniform or other appropriate attire (not jeans).
Please choose ONE of the following sessions:
- Session A: Monday 9 June (14:00-15:30)
- Session B: Monday 9 June (15:45-17:15)
- Session C: Tuesday 10 June (15:00-16:30)
- Session D: Tuesday 10 June (16:45-18:15)
*If none of these sessions are viable due to examinations or other key commitments, then please let me know via the 'contact us' link and I will need to arrange an alternate time.
