Taster sessions are offered to all participating schools. Whilst they are not compulsory, they are highly recommended and an opportunity for each school to bring up to 8 pupils to practice some of the drills/exercises that will benefit you, should you be one of the students from your school that attends the selection trial in January. Taster sessions are for new applicants only, not recalls.
The taster sessions for the 2024 programme will take place on the following dates, with schools invited to attend on one of the given days.

Please note the following:
- Pupils should attend in their PE kit, ensuring that your shirt is tucked in and you are not wearing any jewellery
- Students should bring with them some clean trainers, which should not be worn on route but changed into on arrival
- A staff member from each school should be in attendance and present in the dome at all times
- First aid is available should it be required but the staff member will be responsible for knowing the medical details of their pupils in attendance
- Please note the new entrance to the venue on the map below (170 Grand Drive). On arrival, pupils should make their way via the dotted path shown to the indoor dome (marked with courts 7, 8 and 9)
