RECALL APPLICATION PROCESS
STAGE 1
Email sent on Wednesday 30 September to all eligible recalls inviting inviting you to apply
Recalls need to ensure they maintain a current email on the BBG website. This can be changed using the edit details facility.
STAGE 2
Website opens on Thursday 1 October for applications; Modules 1-12 must be completed no later than Friday 30 February @ 18:00
Recalls must use their previous account/login details. You must not create a new account as otherwise will be treated as a new applicant and not have access to all the necessary modules.
STAGE 3
Online application form and image upload to be completed no later than Friday 13 November @ 18:00
Please ensure you follow the image guidelines, you have 3 attempts to upload a suitable image. The image needs to be a recent one, please do not just upload a previous year's one, as this will be rejected.
STAGE 4
Personal information form to be signed by all parties required and returned no later than Tuesday 13 January 2027
Please note first names only or initials will not be accepted as a signature. Forms must not under any circumstances be handed in at any gate by a student. Forms can be handed in at Gate 1D by a school representative or should be posted on the address shown at the bottom of the form.
STAGE 5
Attend Reselection session as advertised. Separate session for Year 10s (March) and Year 11+ (May)
Check the details of the under the reselection trials and ensure you meet the requirements
TO NOTE:
- The highest year group we will now accept as BBGs is Year 13
- Where you have left your original school and now attend a school that is not part of the BBG programme, you must enter your school as 'other'. Please do not just list your old school if you are no longer a student there
- Where you do not have a school representative, your personal information form will be sent directly to your home address, along with a permission form that must be signed by your head teacher.
